Eh. I am not a scout, and I do not want to pile on a young kid who could wind up being a decent starter. I just do not see any better than a Blake Bortles here. He has good size and mechanics, but all the red flags are there. Mediocre college production, average athleticism and accuracy problems. The Giants have had a very tough run.
